Freight: All shipments are F.O.B.SHOP-TEK warehouse in Paramount, CA. Full freight will be allowed on orders over $750 shipped to one location in the contiguous states by SHOP-TEK routing. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico will be subject to an additional freight charge.

Terms: To apply, three business references are needed. When approved, 2%, 10 days/net 30 from date of invoice. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per monthly charge, 18% per annum. There is a $10.00 charge automatically to any bounced or stop payment checks.

Minimum Order: No minimum order required. Order under $300.00 is subject to a $15.00 service charge.

Standard Packaging: We reserve the right to change orders to meet our standard packaging requirements. Order not conforming to standard pack quantity will be adjusted to the closest.

Shortage Claims: All claims for shortage must be made in writing within 72 hours after receipt of goods.

Returns: Merchandise should be returned together with purchasing invoice and prior written authorization from SHOP-TEK Industrial Corp. A minimum 15% handling charge will be applied on merchandise returned, which must be in original factory packaging. Return freight is to be prepaid and credit will be issued at invoice price less the original freight costs and handling charges.

WARRANTY

All SHOP-TEKTM  tools carry a lifetime warranty is warranted against manufacturer’s defects in material or workmanship.

Cutting tools and abrasives are not warranted against normal wear.

Power Tools Accessories are not warranted against normal wear.

Striking tools are not warranted against over strikers or misuse.

We will, at our opinion, promptly repair or replace any part or unit found defective under normal use, without charge for parts or labor, if accompanies by proof of purchase.

Limitation:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Repairs made or attempted by any entity other than Shop-Tek Industrial Corp;

2. Normal wear and tear;

3. Abuse and misuse;

4. Improper maintenance;

5. Continued use after partial failure;

6. Tools which have been modified.

SAFETY RULES

Always use the right tools and equipment for each job.

Tools which have been badly worn, abused, improperly repaired or maintained should never b e used in the performance of your work.

Please always read the information enclosed with your merchandise carefully and observe all recommended safety practices, including the use of recommended safety equipment.

Always wear safety goggles for protection when using a tool.
